Welcome to Our Site
River Oaks Gardens Condominium is located at 1601 South Shepherd, near West Gray in the heart of
the Inner Loop, and is home to over 200 residents. The River Oaks Council of Co-owners is a
non-profit corporation formed to manage River Oaks Gardens Condominium. The Council consists of
all homeowners, and allows opportunities to participate in the community affairs for River Oaks
Gardens for the common and good interests of all homeowners and to effectively mobilize support on
important issues.

Three Board positions will be elected for the
2-year term of 2010 - 2012. Current Board
Members holding those positions are:
