River Oaks Gardens Board of Directors Meeting

Minutes for

January 25, 2007 – 6:00 PM

The meeting was called to order at 6 pm by President, Kim Hobbs.

The December 2006 minutes were read, approved , and entered into record.

Financial Report

1) KRJ Property Manager, Pam Rabus reviewed the financial report including:

Operating Account Balance $17,222.24

Reserves

Reserve Account Balance $66,234.26

Accumulated Interest $16,524.88

CD Account Balance $150,000.00

Total Reserve Balance $232,759.14

2) Payments for all operating expenses and the reserve transfer for January had been made.

Manger's Report

1) Pam reported that Crain Landscaping crew will be planting jasmine in the beds along the interior fence and under all exterior oak trees to deter soil erosion and retain moisure in the beds for the oak trees. The mondo grass is to be re-planted in other areas of the property.

2) Texas Tree Services will be trimming trees and vines off carports in the East lot.

3) City of Houston has been contacted regarding the drainage from 1602 McDuffie that is running into our East lot.

Board Report

1) The annual meeting is scheduled for March 22, 2007.

Homeowners’ Open Forum was held.

The meeting was adjourned, and the Board of Directors entered into Executive Session.
