Residents and Homeowners of River Oaks Gardens, please follow these steps
when a vehicle is illegally parked in your designated assigned space.
Report incident to courtesy officer on duty in the guardhouse. Courtesy officer will
ticket the vehicle and attempt to contact the owner to move immediately.
After reasonable attempts have been made to have the vehicle moved, the
security officer will contact a board member to get approval to have vehicle towed.
Individuals who have repeatedly parked illegally in an assigned space may be
towed without notice. If your vehicle is towed, contact Jet Wrecker towing.
Residents must park in their assigned space in accordance with the controlling
documents.
All residents should have a River Oaks Gardens parking sticker in the back
windshield of their vehicle. (Contact courtesy officer if you need a parking
sticker.)
